NAT, known in Chinese as Shengcao, was founded in 2022. It oversees a large number of organizations, including but not limited to Nation War T2, Survival Circle T5 and Survival Circle T3.5.
Across NAT's history, Comrade Moran served as its first leader. Over four years of storms we passed through a deep trough and lived through betrayal, and even under the heavy blow of the Black Clothes Incident we did not fall. According to the second full-system census report of the NAT General Political Affairs Administration in 2026, the NAT system has a net membership of 1,698, with 128 mobilized.
